Other routes for ferries include Dover to Dunkirk and Dover to Boulogne.
Traveling by coach from UK to France is a cheaper choice, but it is also easy for someone going without a car. The coach company Eurolines are possibly the most widely used coach operators, and they offer services from dozens of towns and cities all over England, Wales and Scotland, which in turn travel across the English Channel by ferry, then driving onward to a host of locations across Europe. A benefit of taking the coach is that ferry journeys aren?t extra as everything is included in the price.
Once you have crossed the Channel motorists will find the French road network easy to understand, and toll roads especially will get you to your destination. Huge numbers make the drive from the ferry ports to Paris and onward to the south of France.
