Recently, the federal government passed road and highway legislation intended to cut deaths and injuries caused by trucking accidents by 40%.
These mandates essentially state that all Class A & B drivers are not allowed to take defensive driving or get deferred adjudication (probation) to remove a traffic ticket from their record.
