My Health Blog ? The Truth About Quickness 2.0

The Truth About Quickness 2.0For decades, they?ve "claimed" you CAN?T get faster or quicker. They?ve told you, that because of "genetics", you had to settle for what you were born with? Guess what? They were DEAD WRONG (and I?m living-proof!).

Read Pro Speed and Quickness Trainer Alex Maroko?s highest-rated speed training article below right now (by the way, that?s Alex in the video above after discovering the "REAL" truth about speed and quickness)..

The DEADLY Speed Training Lie That?s Unknowingly Been Passed Down From ?Coach To Player? For DECADES (fortunately, it?s not too late, even if this little-known "myth" has already reached you ? here?s why..)

Why You No Longer Need To Be A Famous Or Top-Flight Athlete To Work With Alex Maroko (CPT) or Quickly Develop Scholarship-Level Speed and Quickness In A Matter Of Minutes..

PLUS! The TRUE (and new!) Secret Formula To Getting The Type Of Speed And Quickness D-1 Coaches "DROOL" Over..

1. Have you ever wondered why, no matter how hard you train or which programs you buy into, you still get stuck with ?average speed ?, or even worse.. you?re slow?

2. Or why some of your friends seem to have been born with that ?spotlight? speed and quickness we all admittedly want, while you were born with two slow feet and little or no explosiveness to speak of?

You see, on the very page you?re reading at this very moment, I?m going to show you the one reason why every speed or quickness program you?ve tried up to this point hasn?t really worked for you.

And then, I?m gonna reveal to you my little ?speed and quickness formula? that, when you listen extra closely, will quickly show you how to transform from way beyond ?slow? or even ?average speed? to the exact place you want to be ? the TOP ? in just a few minutes a day. But first..

FAIR WARNING: This is NOT a gimmick?if you?re simply looking for another ?hypey?, magical fix, then I?m afraid you are NOT on the right website. However, if you?re looking for REAL-WORLD solutions founded on REAL-WORLD discoveries and cutting-edge strategies, then the information I?m about to share with you may be the most important information you?ve ever read.

For years, going back to the 1950?s, coaches and trainers thought that athletes were either ?born? fast or they weren?t and there was nothing you could do about it.

Athletes who WEREN?T born with breakneck speed and quickness were relegated to sit on the bench and ?fade away? in the background forever..

In sports like track and field, specifically the 100m dash and other similar events, coaches found that athletes could in fact increase their speed, through specific training methods.

These methods included things like back squats, deadlifts and ?straight-ahead? sprints for a certain distance.

So naturally, these coaches took these methods and figured, ?Hey.. if we can make these sprinters faster like this, then we can just do the same things with our basketball and football and baseball players and we?ll be able to make them faster and quicker too.?

Now, before we go any further here, there is ONE thing you should know: There?s a major difference between the type of speed and quickness a sprinter needs, and the type of speed and quickness a basketball, football, baseball or any other ?multi-directional? athlete needs..

Here?s the deal: Because "track-and-field sprinting" is done ALL in a straight line, it?s called a LINEAR SPEED sport (linear is normally defined simply as a ?straight line?).

And because basketball, football, baseball and every other mutli-directional sport is NOT played in straight lines, but instead, in different directions, with quick cuts and changes of direction, they?re called NON-LINEAR SPEED sports.

So what do you think happened when those coaches took those ?linear speed? training methods from the "track-and-field" and tried to use them with the ?non-linear speed? athletes, like yourself? Of course..

It should be pretty obvious to you now that all they really had to do was, instead of trying to fit a square peg in a round hole (linear for non-linear sports), they should have just simply gone with the round peg for the round hole (non-linear speed training for non-linear sports).

They started using different types of multi-directional drills, making up a bunch of fancy drills using cones and agility ladders and bands and even parachutes!

And by that, I mean it looked really cool, and they were able to sell a ton of people on the gimmicky equipment, but athletes STILL weren?t getting any faster using their equipment and fancy-looking drills.

To fully understand why things still weren?t working for them (and you, to this day..), there?s something you should know about me (listen closely to this, it contains some pretty shocking discoveries most coaches have never even considered)..

You see, I used to be a really slow athlete.. Basketball was my sport of choice, and I wanted nothing more than to play college basketball.

..there was ONE thing standing in my way from the ?grand stage? of college basketball happen.. I was SLOW.

And, in the highly-competitive world of college athletics, ?if you ain?t got speed, you ain?t got nothin??.

So after a weekend of playing really well at an AAU basketball tournament in front of hundreds of college coaches (and having NONE of them show even the slightest interest in me), I knew something needed to be done.

Sure, I had tried all of those cone drills and parachutes and supposedly ?cutting-edge? pieces of equipment before, but come on.. those ?high-tech? gadgets had proven to be all ?show? and no ?go?.

But I stopped ?blindly? believing everything I read and was told by so-called ?speed gurus?.

And I didn?t just do this with me. I was already training a bunch of athletes of all sports at that point, and I started trying tons of new and? Read more?
