Grand Junction- Whether you just recently purchased a home that needs fixing up, or are thinking about remodeling your current home, you could find a helping hand at this year?s HBA Home Improvement and Remodeling Expo at the Two River?s Convention Center.With over 90 different vendors, members of the public can meet with professional willing to help with home repairs, upgrades and enhancements.
"It's cool to come out and see all the new different stuff, get ideas,? said Randy DiDanato, owner of Tile Meister. ?Spring remodel season is coming up, so it's a good place to come where you can come to one place, and get a bunch of different ideas."
There is a small fee to enter the show, but because of the wealth of knowledge to learn, vendors said every penny is worth spending.
"Well there is going to be a lot to see, not only solar but other improvements you can do on your house," said Steve Romo of Atlasta Solar.
Some vendors have been participating in the event for over a decade and said it?s not only a great place for members of the public to come learn, but for small business owners to show their products off as well.
The expo starts on Friday at 10 a.m. and goes all weekend long.
